can anyone help me to correctly wire 2 spotlights controlled by a handlebar switch to a 1957 Pan? I got the correct spotlamps and an original switch but I cannot find anything with regards to wiring in the documents.

Sorry nobody replied, Klaus!

It is my impression the switch was wired outside of the handlebar, and held with two 10001 band clamps.
Housings for such switches were drilled for the external wires and loom, but I have no part numbers handy.

Wiring to the terminal board would depend upon whether you wanted them to work when the ignition was on, or all of the time.
At least they left some open terminals!

Thanks Cotten,

yes, doesn't seem to be a popular post ;-)

I got the switch and yes, they are drilled on the side so that you can wire it outside of the handlebar. The question, however, is how do you then get the wires under the cover and how is it wired (only @ ignition on)? The switch does have - as standard light swith - 3 contacts. How are they used?
