If I wanted to run a changeable sprocket on the right ride and move the drum to the left on a K model does anyone have an easy way of doing it?

Thanks
Dave

I would measure from the center of the rim to the sprocket then go to the scrap yard. I would also consider a disk brake since they are more readily available anymore.
A Sporty rear with a Honda brake on the rear of a Indian Vertical Twin with a 741 engine. With a hammer, torch and a lathe you can put most anything anywhere!

Still lots of jap bike rears with drums out there for cheap. If you can start out with the right offset it is way easier. On a spoked wheel it's usually possible to move the rim 1/2" or so either way without new spokes. To get the Sporty wheel in the Indian frame I had to make an offset sprocket way easier if the offset is close to start with.
