Proly the easiest thing to do is open an free account at www.postimage.org then when you upload your pictures to them be sure to change the "Do not resize my image" to 640 X 480 on the drop down menu, then after it uploads click on the little share image and choose the second from the bottom "Hot Link for Forums" then paste it into your message. That will work with most any site.

Then ya gotta get a photo editor program and resize them. I find the Postimage way easier than most photo editors and the resized pictures stay on their website so I don't end up with two of every picture I post. I'm surprised that Cotten hasn't chimed in he is firmly in favor of resizing.
