45. Foot shift. As far as I can see from the picture
I see 45 store in Germany sell that.

Kurt, nice piece. Is that a complete aftermarked parts bike?

Thank you Pa!!!

Gus, yes....but it does have some original parts: frame, engine cases, flywheels, oil pump, scavenge pump, Linkert body, generator housing & transmission housing.

I'll post pictures when I have some, but I was at DTRA (English flat track Chsmpionships) today, and there was a previously unknown flathead with a hand change and hand clutch.

Sportster wheels and a Samwell replica frame...
Shoot, a man could have a good weekend in Dallas with all that stuff...

Hi Kurt.
is the bike you are showing outfitted with a hand clutch/foot shifter setup kit??

Can you or other members explain how to build a WLA into a footshifter and hand clutch set up.

FYI: there is a manufacturer i found who makes a variety of slave cylinders for use on dirt bike clutches, one could pick the right size and build a bracket etc to use a juice master cylinder for clutch like on new dirt bikes.

Thank you.

Pa / Paul,

Check your email. I sent the files you were looking for concerning the foot shift plans/drawings. Plus one the the man who designed it showed me how to convert it to a 4 speed foot shift, remember, I got the 4 speed gear set from Frantisek Jiracek just prior to him retiring.

And I saved the PDF you sent me too.

Take care,

George

PS. sorry if I hi-jacked this thread.

On hand clutches, my friend and I are working on a different type of setup for one. I will post the results as they come along.

Pa please do I am interested in what ya got in mind. Now that I am retired, I got time enough to play around with the 58FL project and the WLA/KH project.
