Installing stator question

Installing stator in my 1991 FLT. I used blue locktite on four torx head bolts that fasten stator to case. There are two small phillips head screws that secure nylon bracket which fastens stator plug to case. Do you use blue locktite on these two small phillips head screws? The manual does not say , I also have concern it I locktite them in I will not be able to remove them in future due to small size of screws, however I do not want them to back out when engine is running. I have gotten several conflicting opinions on this and would appreciate any advise before I screw it up. Thanks!!

Use blue locktite and they will only come out when you want them to.

There is also a purple Loctite that is made for small screws.
