Electric Start Belt Drive

Several years ago I saw discussion on here that someone was working on developing a belt drive system to fit electric start Servicars. Did anything ever come of that? Does anyone know of a combination of belt drive and clutch basket parts that will work together to allow a belt drive to be run with an electric starter?
